AHS Petition Drive

We ask you to join us in an important effort to secure a fair share of state funding for the growing needs of the Asian American community in our area. Indicate your support by signing our internet petition to Governor Blagojevich and legislative leaders in Springfield, Illinois. The petition requests capital funding for the expansion of our clinic building. You can access the petition at http://www.ahschicago.org/petition.

Once you are on the petition site, scroll toward the bottom and provide your name and email address. After you click the “Sign” button, an email will be sent to you. In the email a link will be provided to verify your identity. You must click on this email link to complete the petition signing.
