In the LEAF Program, children from neighborhood elementary schools attend our daily program to work with tutors on homework and reading skills, take part in arts and crafts, and play educational games.  This year 45 children from schools such as Clinton, Jamieson, and Stone on Chicago’s north side are matched with tutors from Loyola University’s Federal Work Study Program.  From June-August, we run a summer camp for school-age kids whose parents are enrolled in ESL programs.  For more information about the LEAF After-School Program, please contact Kate Hunter, After-School Coordinator, at 773-564-4951, or by email at khunter@ahschicago.org.  We are located at 2838 W.
