What We Offer

The AHS Family Health Center provides quality primary care services to immigrants and refugees, and other medically underserved residents on Chicago's north side. Our staff members speak many languages including Gujrati, Spanish, Hindi, Pashto, Punjabi, Thai, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Urdu, with access through Asian Human Services to over 25 other languages and dialects, including Khmer, Mandarin, and Cantonese. We offer the following services:

Our Fee Policy

We accept all forms of health coverage including Medicaid, AllKids, FamilyCare, Medicare, and private insurance. Special discounts are available to people without insurance who qualify. No one is refused service due to inability to pay.
